Owner’s Vision:
My name is Joe Crowell, and I began my journey as an independent automotive service provider just shy of 15 years ago. The opportunity to take over an existing 1-man show auto business was intimidating but nothing short of a dream come true. My passion was wrenching, and to a fault, I took pride in fixing the things that others could not. I quickly discovered that conveying that passion with transparency and honesty was truly uncommon in the industry. Customer satisfaction became more of a reward than solving the technical problem. As word spread and demand grew, it was no longer sustainable to do it by myself.
It took years of mistakes and corrections in all facets of the business before I could truly begin to assemble a team (and don’t get me wrong, we still make mistakes today). Aligning myself with an educated group of industry peers accelerated the overall development of the organization. I committed myself to education beyond the technical realm to build a better team and provide more convenient service for the increasing demand. As necessity and demands pulled me away from the toolbox, gratification no longer was found through technical problem solving but instead, through championing the growth and opportunity for team members.
In January of 2024, we opened our second location. Between 2 automotive shops and another business in the automotive industry, we currently are proud to contribute to the livelihood of 42 different families and work every day to see those families accomplish goals and realize dreams. Our market and surroundings are experiencing rapid growth, and it is our goal to parallel, if not exceed, that growth to offer unparalleled service for our customers and never-ending opportunities for our team.

Automotive Service Advisor
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. This role is the critical link between our customers and technicians, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and high-quality service experience from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For
Our ideal candidate has:
- Proven customer service experience
- Automotive experience (preferred but not required for the right candidate)
- A great attitude and positive energy
- Exemplary problem-solving skills
- A strong desire to grow both personally and professionally
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively with customers and teammates
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software and effectively communicate through digital platforms (email, text, and service management systems)
- A valid driver’s license
Responsibilities and Duties
- Greet and interact with customers to understand and identify their vehicle needs
- Clearly communicate customer concerns and vehicle needs to technicians
- Interpret digital vehicle inspections and explain findings to customers in an easy-to-understand way
- Prepare accurate repair estimates and present recommendations to customers
- Order parts as needed for repairs and services
- Schedule customer appointments and manage workflow efficiently
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with service-related inquiries
- Follow up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
